Do I need a Schwab account?
Yes — TUI Pro streams live data directly from your own Schwab brokerage account via the Schwab API. The free tier uses Yahoo Finance and requires no brokerage account.
Is my data private?
Your market data and trading activity never leave your machine — the app runs entirely locally. On startup, the app contacts our license server to verify your subscription. No trading data or account credentials are transmitted.
What platforms does it run on?
macOS and Linux. Windows is not tested at launch.
What is the refund policy?
7-day no-questions-asked refund. Email support@highlowtick.com.
What happens when I cancel?
Your license stays active until the end of the current billing period. The app automatically falls back to free mode after expiry.
